• Grow and scale our testimonial ecosystem.
• Source and onboard real users for testimonial campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook Groups, in-app flows, and email outreach.
• Understand testimonial pricing and compensation structures, communicate clearly with contributors, and manage negotiations when needed.
• Handle testimonial agreements, consent forms, rights management, and payment coordination with high attention to detail and responsibility.
• Maintain a clear and structured archive of all testimonial materials, contracts, and contributor statuses across Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs, and internal trackers.
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled, organized, and accessible for Creative Production, Affiliate Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Edit and retouch photos using AI to prepare visuals for internal teams and campaigns; Perform light video editing/marking in Adobe Premiere Pro to prepare raw materials for editors and production teams.
• Be part of the creative production process: Actively participate in creative production discussions, design loops, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews to better understand content needs and creative direction.
• Understand marketing funnels, creative requests, and performance-driven content needs to help source the most relevant user stories and materials.
• Adapt existing testimonial briefs and independently create new briefs based on campaign goals and previous successful examples.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Production, CRM, Affiliate Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of assets.

UGC Producer – Testimonials

• Drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams.
• Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform.
• Build quality control and monitoring systems for your language to ensure the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade.
• Work with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize our tools and processes for high-quality content creation.
• Define our editorial line and set our creative direction, such as style guides, voice casting, translation and adaptation principles.

• In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact video advertising for our most critical campaigns. We are looking for an experienced creative who thrives on iteration, values automation, and possesses hands-on expertise in video production, motion design and measurably impacting audiences.
• You won't just be making videos; you will own the production pipeline designed specifically for high-velocity performance video marketing. We need a strategic operator who can architect a workflow built for testing, learning, and scaling. You will be responsible for building and operating a systematic pipeline that balances the craft of video with the science of metrics.
• You’ll own the full production lifecycle of performance video content, ensuring every asset is meticulously crafted to drive conversion and scale our global presence. As a Staff Individual Contributor you will be expected to own decisions, and through your wealth of knowledge, mentor others. You’ll be part of a world-class Brand Design team and report to our Video Content Production Manager.
