• Produce the virtual classroom sessions, with a specific start and end time
• Manage the registration/cancellation for the virtual classes
• Notifying the employees through email on the upcoming virtual classes (i.e. registration notification, joining instruction, leader communication etc.)
• Process the completion/awarding credit for the learners attending the virtual classroom based on the allocated hours of the session
• Preparing and sharing the evaluation summary report for the class conducted based on the survey result provided by the participants
• Liaise between the learner and the talent team

Talent Services Associate – L&D, MENA Virtual Producer

• Video compliance editing: ensuring consistent quality, seamless edits and timely delivery of edited materials and providing edit reports.
• Content to include full length WBD originals and 3rd party acquisition titles.
• Due to time sensitive nature of 1st run content, edits to be carried out against both low and high-res content.
• S&P/ Censorship review - perform full length review of video materials, complete censorship notes based on relevant censorship standards, marking timecodes for edits as well as duration changes.
• Perform censorship for all WBD services in accordance with the standards and practices of the Asian region based on feedback provided by the affiliates, legal and government affairs.
• Manage media segmentation and data entry to traffic systems.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
