Creative Producer, Public Programs

• Oversee your respective team’s assets & rigging production pipeline.
• Provide strong people management and communication for your team.
• Lead, plan, and manage schedules for departments to align with production timelines.
• Allocate resources effectively to stay within scope, delivery timelines, and budget.
• Monitor asset & rig quality, ensuring adherence to artistic direction and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with directors, artists, and technical teams to maintain our creative vision while optimizing workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate team needs and resources with external departments, such as Marketing and Merchandise.

Production Manager, 3D Assets – Rigging

• Act as a vital delivery partner within our global in-house creative agency, The Hub
• Lead the organized momentum and accountability needed for high-velocity performance, growth, and acquisition work
• Ensure that experiments ship on time and that every creative learning compounds into better conversion results
• Guide the performance roadmap and balance complex priorities
• Maintain the systems that connect technical strategy to creative execution
• Serve as the primary connective force across creative, performance marketing, and production teams to ensure complete alignment and clarity
• Build trust through transparency, acting as the bridge that translates technical performance hypotheses into actionable creative work
• Partner with Performance vertical leads to translate high-level briefs and conversion strategies into actionable project plans, schedules, and resourcing needs
• Use AI tools to automate status signals and resource tracking
