• Design and deliver event programs across the Thomson Reuters Legal Media Group portfolio
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of conferences and events across Australia
• Own the marketing strategy for events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Thomson Reuters Asia-Pacific
• Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and client engagement events.

Conference Producer – 12 Month Contract

• Establishing and optimizing the game development pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across production.
• Developing and managing project budgets, resource allocation, and production schedules.
• Collaborating with production staff to break down project scope and ensuring they remain within budget and timeline constraints.
• Strategically planning and setting milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across all departments.
• Supervising day-to-day operations and working closely with game development teams and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Orchestrating and leading production meetings, schedule planning, and status updates.
• Tracking project health, identifying production risks, and proactively implementing solutions to keep development on track.
• Managing personnel, including resolving conflicts and maintaining a productive team environment.
• Working with leadership and HR to identify staffing needs and assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
