• Act as first point of contact for third party vendors, Invoice Processing Team and business end users to resolve their queries, making sure that all processes and controls are kept

• - You will be responsible to support the Solutions Sourcing team within the Manufacturing and Delivery Master Category to reach Nokia competitive market rates for the R&D Solutions Category.
• - The R&D Solutions category deals with procurement of services from suppliers for software development and hardware-related design for incorporation into Nokia products.
• - This includes Subcontracting to Suppliers for Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance, Technical Support and Research.
• - You will be working closely with the sourcing team and our stakeholders to support RFQ’s and commercial negotiations with your R&D service suppliers.
• - You will be responsible for the sourcing, contracting and management of the commercial relationship with the R&D services suppliers within your category.
• - You will be the supplier relationship manager of your supplier base.

Global Category Manager – R&D Solutions

• Lead program management support for the Aero and Generator sourcing value stream.
• Own and improve EAC, forecasting, financial reporting, and escalation processes.
• Drive deflation/productivity initiatives and track results against commitments.
• Manage sourcing P&L impacts, including cost, inflation/deflation, and margin drivers.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement source board events throughout the year, ensuring participation of cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive pre–source board alignment with Category Management to ensure readiness, compliance, and maturity of presentations.
• Review, challenge, and approve source board presentations and closure maturity, ensuring alignment with HARMAN sourcing standards.
• Moderate source board meetings at senior management level, facilitating structured discussions, clear decisions, and aligned outcomes.
