• Lead the Welcome/Cashier team on a daily basis, acting as deputy to the Welcome & Cash Desk Manager
• Supervise the Welcome/Cashier team to ensure continuous smooth operation of the front desk and checkout lanes
• Greet, inform and assist customers with financing, refunds and exchanges
• Ensure reliable management of safes, cash floats and bank transactions in compliance with audit and security procedures
