• Serve as a Senior Natural Resources and Permitting (NR&P) leader and business developer for clients and opportunities in the Gulf Coast and nationally
• Support program management and project delivery, providing technical expertise for environmental surveying, reporting, and permitting services
• Identify project-specific environmental design and regulatory requirements according to the client’s risk management profile, industry precedents, existing guidance, regulations, best practices, and lessons learned, and use that information to inform permitting support strategies
• Establish project objectives and procedures and lead teams on proposals, planning studies, designs, due diligence and permitting projects
• Maintain strong understanding, execution, and mentorship for program management and project management areas such as client account/portfolio management, scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality
• Manage and provide technical leadership for strategic Environmental Services projects
• Assess strengths, challenges, and areas of need within the NR&P resource teams and develop solution-oriented strategies in collaboration with other regional leaders and sector leaders
