Pricing Analyst

• Provide pricing support and profitability reporting for SA customers
• Audit system pricing, tagging, and partnerships and work with various teams to ensure customer data is aligned with contractual pricing structure
• Compile mass price review documents & supplemental reporting to execute contractual price increases for assigned portfolio of customers, working cross-functionally to ensure proper and timely implementation
• Review & submit national price maintenance requests for assigned customers, provide guidance and context on pricing strategy and suggest available options that will best meet requestor’s needs and those of Airgas’
• Initiate and document customer notifications for price adjustments & force majeure events
• Maintain documentation of and development of processes
• Promote adoption of best practices in price management that are in alignment with SA profitability goals

SA Pricing Specialist

• Own and execute the end-to-end Commercial Coordinator (CoCo) process for the organization’s most complex, multi-faceted commercial opportunities
• Identify opportunities to modernize how the Pricing organization operates, introducing new ideas, frameworks, and capabilities that improve speed, simplicity, transparency, and consistency.
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI-powered tools that automate manual work, enhance analysis, improve data quality, accelerate deal support, and strengthen decision-making across teams.
• Lead initiatives that redesign workflows, streamline handoffs, eliminate inefficiencies, and create reusable templates, structures, and documentation that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations, and cross-functional teams to improve pricing systems, data models, automation, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Act as a central point linking Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations & Enablement, Sales, Solution Management, and Finance, ensuring insights, standards, and innovations are adopted, scaled, and sustained.
