• Design and deploy new, scalable frameworks for category management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across international markets.
• Constantly challenge the status quo by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced tooling to optimize commercial workflows and scale solutions globally.
• Act as the primary analytical partner for the Italian market, adapting global strategies to drive local growth and performance.
• Partner with marketing, product, tech, and local commercial teams to align program strategies and translate complex data into actionable business plans.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards that synthesize multi-source data into digestible insights for leadership.

• Lead Commercial Excellence & Pricing across Regional HUBs, Global Business Lines, and Local Businesses
• Define and drive the global Commercial Excellence framework
• Improve quote-to-cash and tender governance processes
• Establish and enforce global pricing governance
• Collaborate with regional and global teams

Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager

• Support the creation and maintenance of spare parts master data in SAP
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy and consistency
• Act as a point of contact for spare parts and consumables master data within Central After Sales
• Take ownership of spare parts costing activities within the department
• Coordinate with central costing and procurement teams to update and maintain cost data
• Review and clean up parts that are no longer active from a supplier perspective
• Monitor spare parts that are active in SAP but no longer available from suppliers
• Support corrective actions, such as status updates or proposing alternative parts
• Contribute to improving costing timelines and overall process efficiency
• Work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions
