Pricing Analyst

• Support team in various areas such as: Competitor Analysis & Pricing Intelligence
• Research and monitor competitor pricing across European EV charging markets
• Prepare structured overviews and benchmarks to support pricing decisions for IONITY
• Document IONITY app features, user flows, and release updates in Confluence and internal wikis
• Conduct structured benchmarking of competitor apps against IONITY's digital product — identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the customer journey
• Support the preparation of regular KPI reports, consolidating data from PowerBI dashboards and other internal sources
• Flag unusual patterns and help translate performance data into actionable insights for the team
• Assist with operational tasks related to the IONITY charging card, including order management, issuance tracking, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
• Support the configuration and maintenance of tariffs (IONITY Go, IONITY Motion, IONITY Power) in our backend systems
• Prepare configuration files and support quality-checking of tariff data ahead of go-live
• Collect, structure, and analyse customer reviews and feedback from sources such as app stores and customer satisfaction surveys
• Summarise key themes and present insights to support the team's customer experience agenda

Working Student – Digital Strategy, Pricing

Senior Consultant – Transfer Pricing

• Support the development and execution of value, access and pricing strategy for Pfizer’s pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) franchise across pediatric and adult indications.
• Own defined access deliverables for an assigned set of markets or a portfolio segment.
• Produce the building blocks that enable the franchise to win and defend tenders, transition markets to Prevenar 20, and prepare for competitive entrants.
• Turn franchise strategy into market-ready resources: payer value propositions, objection handlers, country access roadmaps, tender submission materials and pricing-scenario inputs.
• Maintain the franchise’s shared access resources, track competitor and payer developments, and ensure local needs are reflected in the global plan.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Medical, Country Health & Value, Regulatory and the GAV Centers of Excellence.

Global Access Strategy and Pricing Manager, Pneumococcal Vaccines

• Develop and implement price strategies in Germany (Pipeline, Launch, and market products) based on clear and comprehensible criteria.
• Prepare pricing-relevant topics for price negotiations within AMNOG processes and actively participate in these negotiation
• Monitor the environment and legal framework, analyze other price outcomes as well as arbitration board decisions and translate these insights into strategic recommendations
• Take responsibility for coordinating long-term planning processes, independently creating pricing scenarios with well-founded rationales and deriving clear recommendations.
• Maintain a broad overview of all pricing-relevant aspects such as rebates, combination discounts, ensure the development of optimal strategies and successful outcomes for our products.
• Independent development and implementation as well as responsibility of complex pricing strategies for pipeline, launch, and market products in collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Cover and be responsible for the entire range of pricing topics and be a Sparring partner for negotiator in developing the negotiation strategy to achieve the best possible price.
• Responsibility for the price assumptions and corresponding rationales in the overall view of the Boehringer Ingelheim product portfolio in collaboration with the Pricing & Reimbursement Managers.
