Pre-sales Engineer

• Covering the Benelux region
• Supporting the sales team and partners closing deals with current and prospective customers, organize regular conference calls and meetings accordingly
• Identifying, driving, and optimizing revenue from business opportunities by leveraging HID technologies
• Building trusting relationships with technology decision-makers and influencers
• Gain a deep understanding of the channel partners’ technology and business strategy
• Collaborating with HID Product Marketing and Engineering teams on the requirements and perspectives of our customers
• Improving HID’s portfolio by providing regular partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management
• Maintaining a strong technical command of the HID portfolio
• Ability to learn new technical concepts by leveraging internal experts and external resources such as field experts and technical articles
• Listening and understanding the overall goals of a customer, and how best to design a solution that will work in large scale diverse environments
• Organizing demos and POC to properly represent HID during seminars, conferences and tradeshows
• Maintaining a strong technical command of the HID portfolio.
• Ability to learn new technical concepts by leveraging internal experts and external resources such as field experts and technical articles
