Platform Engineer

• Evolve Coda's developer platform and build world-class developer experiences
• Modernize CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements to DORA metrics
• Build reusable, versioned Terraform modules, migration playbooks, and golden paths
• Design context and harness engineering systems, including model gateways, shared MCP servers, tool surfaces, prompt assets, cost budgets, and guardrails
• Build evaluation harnesses to measure AI agent quality, adoption, and outcomes
• Implement security-by-design with least-privilege IAM, secrets hygiene, and policy-as-code
• Implement actionable observability with structured logging, tracing, and SLOs-as-code
• Maintain team-owned tooling and resolve CI/CD production issues
• Lead cross-team initiatives through design documents and workshops
• Participate in a balanced on-call rotation
