Performance Marketing

• You own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed.
• You will set and manage pipeline targets by LOB, allocate budget across channels and segments, and report on marketing’s contribution to bookings.
• You will manage and develop a team of three Demand Generation Managers, each responsible for their respective LOB.
• You will build and scale multi-channel demand programs spanning paid search, paid social, display, ABM, email nurture, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content.
• You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for paid media, ABM, and creative agency partners.
• You will track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MAL, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Pipeline, ARR) across all three LOBs.
• You will partner with Sales leadership across all three LOBs to define funnel stages, establish shared handoff criteria, align on lead scoring and routing logic, and build structured feedback loops that improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness over time.
• You will own the organic growth strategy, including SEO and AI engine optimization, to expand discoverability across traditional search and AI-generated results.

Director, Demand Generation

• Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one
• Develop and implement data conversion plans
• Design and execute data validation and testing processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
• Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status

Data Conversion Specialist

• Own paid media strategy for existing Enterprise accounts, aligned to GTM priorities
• Translate campaign goals and account segments into channel plans
• Build and optimize audiences across named accounts, ABM segments, intent signals, and engagement-based retargeting pools; implement suppression logic where appropriate
• Execute and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Demandbase, including setup, QA, targeting, pacing, and ongoing optimization
• Own budget pacing and allocation decisions; proactively reallocate spend based on performance insights and shifting business priorities
• Enable tracking integrity for paid programs, including UTM standards, platform pixels, conversion actions, and event tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards that connect paid activity to enterprise account outcomes
• Create quarterly and annual forecasts to support budget planning and requests for increased investment
• Partner closely with Sr. Marketing Campaign Managers to align paid strategy and execution to campaign objectives.

Senior Paid Media Specialist

• Evaluates and improves execution quality of complete ad campaign setup in all main channels (Social, Search, Display, Video); anticipates issues and begins diagnosing root causes.
• Interprets performance trends, ties them to goals, and recommends tactical adjustments.
• Manages task dependencies across roles; ensures overall workflow progresses as planned.
• Facilitates portions of client discussions with clarity and preparation.
• Builds foundational coaching skills (observation, feedback, role modeling).
• Identifies patterns in creative performance and recommends adjustments.
• Anticipates resource implications and provides inputs for scoping.
• Oversee the complete quality assurance (QA) process from development through finalization, approval, and launch

Senior Digital Ads Manager

• Turn initiatives from leadership into clear execution tasks and timelines
• Coordinate across internal teams (executive, dev, accounting) and external partners to support program launches
• Manage workflows, timelines, and task tracking across multiple workstreams
• Support end-to-end tracking across performance marketing channels
• Configure and QA tracking across platforms
• Ensure data flows correctly from source → lead → revenue
• Identify and resolve basic tracking gaps and escalate when needed
• Build and maintain daily/weekly reporting
• Track key metrics (CPL, revenue per lead/call, conversion rates, margin)
• Translate data into clear, actionable updates
• Build and maintain spreadsheets and reporting infrastructure
• Help improve processes for setup, QA, and reporting
• Act as a connector between strategy, dev, marketing, and operations
• Help ensure alignment across stakeholders

Performance Marketing Operations Manager

• Own demand generation strategy aligned to company growth and pipeline goals
• Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, web, content syndication, etc.)
• Drive pipeline metrics including MLs, MQLs, AQLs conversion rates, and revenue contribution
• Define KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Own lifecycle strategy, including lead nurturing, segmentation, and engagement programs
• Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-performing campaign assets
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track campaign and pipeline performance
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content to align on strategy and execution
