• Develop and execute effective Paid Media campaign strategies to drive profitability and growth
• Conduct keyword selection, user persona profiling, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaign performance on all media platforms
• Oversee and optimize budgets, bids, and KPIs to maximize ROAS and meet profit targets
• Ensure clean data tracking setup & monitor and report campaign performance to stakeholders, identifying issues and implementing solutions
• Collaborate on new campaign ideas and stay updated on Paid Social/Programmatic trends, tools, and best practices
• Maintain relationships with ad platforms and vendors to ensure smooth campaign operations & operating under best possible conditions
