Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting Corporate and SLED audiences, driving awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.
• Own campaign execution across multiple channels, including email, paid social, display, search, webinars, content syndication, ABM programs, events, and emerging digital channels.
• Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are acted on quickly, campaign performance is continuously improved, and pipeline targets are achieved.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve lead conversion, engagement, and pipeline creation.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Team to translate business priorities into compelling campaign themes, messaging, and content offers.
• Support account-based marketing programs focused on strategic accounts and key growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, attribution, and lead flow management.
• Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, and execution timelines while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Leverage AI, automation, intent data, and emerging technologies to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, and scale.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaign performance through experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Campaign Marketing Manager – Corporate, SLED

• Lead demand generation strategy, planning, and execution, including budget allocation, channel mix, and performance measurement aligned to business objectives
• Develop and execute integrated, omni-channel campaigns (digital, direct response, CRM, and email) that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement
• Partner across business functions to identify growth opportunities and translate customer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Leverage data, research, and customer intelligence to inform targeting, messaging, and channel optimization decisions
• Build and optimize media strategies that improve brand affinity and drive measurable demand outcomes
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, direction, and clear expectations to elevate team capability and performance
• Operate with strong ownership and accountability, proactively driving initiatives from concept through execution and results

Director – Demand Generation

• You own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed.
• You will set and manage pipeline targets by LOB, allocate budget across channels and segments, and report on marketing’s contribution to bookings.
• You will manage and develop a team of three Demand Generation Managers, each responsible for their respective LOB.
• You will build and scale multi-channel demand programs spanning paid search, paid social, display, ABM, email nurture, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content.
• You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for paid media, ABM, and creative agency partners.
• You will track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MAL, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Pipeline, ARR) across all three LOBs.
• You will partner with Sales leadership across all three LOBs to define funnel stages, establish shared handoff criteria, align on lead scoring and routing logic, and build structured feedback loops that improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness over time.
• You will own the organic growth strategy, including SEO and AI engine optimization, to expand discoverability across traditional search and AI-generated results.

Director, Demand Generation

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design on creative assets
• Set up proper tracking — pixels, UTMs, conversion events — and verify accuracy
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA
• Conduct audience research and build targeted segments
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences
• Report weekly on spend, performance, and recommendations
