• Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more) that feel personal at any headcount.
• Own branded merch end-to-end: concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
• Drive engagement across a distributed workforce, including through effective communications: advising teams on communication formats and best practices. Turn ideas into repeatable, measurable engagement initiatives.
• Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce a shared culture and a consistent employee experience everywhere we operate.
• Manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.

• Contribute to reporting, insights, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation and outputs
