• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine.
• Update/modify existing extensions or tailored software.
• Experience with integration of PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing Oracle PeopleSoft HCM solutions to support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements across a variety of PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials (AP, AR, GL), and Campus Solutions.
• Develop and support complex components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and Event Mapping.
• Strong experience with SQL, SQR, PS/Query, BI Publisher, and web services.

Peoplesoft Developer, Global Payroll

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 1,800+ employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery for each pay cycle
• Manage payroll tax obligations including preparation and reconciliation of quarterly 941s, state tax filings, and year-end W-2/W-3 processing and distribution
• Administer complex payroll items including garnishments, child support orders, wage levies, and benefit deductions (401k, HSA, FSA, health premiums)
• Audit and reconcile large payroll runs prior to submission, identifying and resolving discrepancies, overpayments, and data integrity issues across a high-volume employee population
• Respond to employee payroll questions and escalate complex issues as needed
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure accurate employee data and seamless processes
• Support payroll audits, including gathering and organizing required documentation
• Identify and recommend process improvements to payroll procedures

Financial Specialist – Payroll

• Full-cycle payroll processing within the UKG platform for 280+ employees on a bi-weekly basis, with additional batches each month for company bonuses, profit sharing and commissions
• Setting up and maintaining garnishments as well as working with the related agencies, entering employee loans, entering pay advances, and entering other miscellaneous adjustments as needed
• Completing the payroll journal entries and related payables by creating and downloading the payroll reports, creating and updating the excel spreadsheets, and entering data into the Eclipse software
• Posting of the weekly flexible spending account activity and related payables
• Various monthly and quarterly payroll and benefit account analyses
• Conduct various internal payroll audits (such as local taxes) to ensure employee tax setups are accurate and complete, and audit the UKG End of Quarter Company Package documents

• Working together with Human Resources on new employee setups and terminations, as well as new branch setups
• Potential to take over monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual filings of processes such as local and state taxes
• Payroll Administrator will also be responsible for some additional accounting-related duties including, but not limited to, additional account analyses and general ledger reconciliations.
