• Oversee O&M Contractors’ operational activities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor commercial and service delivery performance across metro operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of stations, depots, and operational facilities.
• Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality passenger services.
• Verify adherence to operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Support Operations Managers in daily operational activities and decision-making.
• Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide 24/7 operational support during critical events and disruptions.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Operations Expert

• Develops and ensures implementation of Manufacturing activities on a given project, in accordance with Industry and Company Standards, Project Execution Plan and Project Installation Procedures.
• Review and interpret customer/industrial specifications
• Provide technical recommendation to design engineering team at design review stage
• Provide technical advice on Quality issues as a Subject Matter Expert
• Participate in department discussions relating to technical issues and lessons learnt
• Shows commitment to QHSE through participation in safety and quality initiatives
• Understand the workflow for the control of machining documentation and issuance of machining procedures for a project
• Maintain and develop new Machining Procedures
• Develop LWI for new processes

Operational Excellence Intern

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end digital credit process, including documentation verification, eligibility criteria validation, and application completeness.
• Prepare, review, and maintain digital disbursal packages, ensuring all pre-conditions are met before release of funds.
• Ensure all customer documents are validated, digitized, and securely stored in accordance with data and regulatory standards.
• Support the credit underwriting process by coordinating documentation flows, finance-to-property value verification, and finance file completeness.
• Liaise with certified real estate evaluation agencies, manage appraisal requests, track submissions, and ensure quality and timeliness of property reports.
• Own and maintain relationships with valuation agencies, including onboarding, performance tracking, SLA compliance, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and finance teams to streamline finance operations workflows and enhance platform efficiency.
• Conduct post-disbursal activities, such as disbursal-trench management, condition tracking, documentation follow-up, and system updates.
• Assist in audit preparation, compliance checks, and reporting for regulatory and internal control purposes.
• Contribute to process documentation, automation initiatives, and operational risk mitigation efforts.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the finance management system throughout the credit lifecycle.
• Ensure end-to-end compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory guidelines (e.g., KYC, AML, mortgage-specific regulations).
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding finance status, documentation, and process timelines.

Head of Credit Operations

• Lead RAMS activities across design, construction, testing, and operational readiness stages.
• Review reliability, maintainability, availability, and safety analyses for operational assets.
• Coordinate operational readiness and maintainability reviews with operators and maintainers.
• Support life cycle cost optimization and asset performance improvement initiatives.
• Review maintenance strategies, spare parts planning, and operational procedures.
• Ensure operational requirements are integrated into engineering and construction activities.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, trial running, and handover activities.
• Support development of operational documentation, training plans, and asset acceptance processes.

Operations and Maintenance Manager – RAMS Expertise

• Deputy to PD in managing KSA operations, our KSA team, and the customer.
• Responsible for KSA metric bowlers/KPIs.
• Evolve current data collection and reporting for all metrics in Saudi and support dashboard maturity of SEC BULK program.
• Manage matters of PCS offices in KSA, team building events, etc.
• Supporting all functions (i.e. logistics, planning, supply chain, etc.) in KSA to deliver the programs goals and execution strategy.
• Track localization efforts to meet program obligations.
• Empower STOP WORK and EHS lifesaving rules.
• Set and facilitate KSA operational rigors, tools & processes needed to fulfill the program.
• Point of contact for internal audits, if any.
• Leading resolution of program level RCAs, commercial agreement drafts, etc.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts/Kaizens to resolve operational challenges the program faces.

KSA Operations Leader

• Full-Stack Observability: Manage **Dynatrace APM** to monitor application performance, transaction tracing, and user experience for 100+ apps and 12 databases.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Utilize **ManageEngine** to monitor 100 network devices and 1,000+ hosts, tracking health metrics like CPU, latency, and packet loss.
• Dependency Mapping: Use Dynatrace **Smartscape** to map digital asset relationships and perform impact analysis during incidents.
• 24x7 NOC Operations: Provide continuous alert triage, and escalation management within a rotating shift model.
• Performance Governance: Generate real-time dashboards and detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports to drive continuous service improvement.
