• Act as the dedicated LEAN partner for production colleagues
• Coach Directors, Team Managers, specialists, SMEs, and operational teams in key LEAN leadership behaviors
• Build and mature PP systematic problem-solving system and training program
• Facilitate and support improvement and problem-solving cases
• Develop and embed process confirmation systems
• Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping, VSM, SMED, and other practical improvement activities
• Partner with the central OPEX expert team to align methods and standards
• Support the creation and execution of the OPEX development roadmap for Pharmaceutical Production

Operational Excellence Engineer – LEAN Partner

• Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures
• Operate drones in compliance with DSV’s operational authorisation
• Track and uphold maintenance schedules and airworthiness records
• Perform first-line troubleshooting on drones and ground support equipment
• Maintain accurate flight logs and incident reports under DSV’s Safety Management System
