Network Engineer

• Help develop, implement, and support networking related services and solutions for consulting clients.
• Work as a member of the HBS network team that provides consultative and proactive project support.

• Leading the design, planning, and implementation of network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Overseeing the maintenance of network systems and ensuring their optimal performance.
• Implementing and managing network security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access or attacks.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.
• Providing regular reports to management on network status and performance.
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers to ensure procurement and maintenance of network equipment and services.
• Staying updated with the latest network technologies and trends to continuously improve network infrastructure and processes.

Lead Network Engineer

• Support and secure Ornua’s global network infrastructure
• Ensure reliable connectivity and maintain network performance and availability
• Drive continuous improvement across enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments
• Contribute to operational excellence by supporting critical manufacturing and business operations across multiple global regions

Network Administrator

• Provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN (preferably Versa Networks), Internet, and related services.
• Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems.
• Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Own support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear communication and expert problem-solving.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding support and going the extra mile.
• Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.

• Lead SD-WAN design and architecture for enterprise clients, creating scalable and resilient network solutions
• Design, implement, and manage SASE solutions using Cato Networks, Fortinet, Versa Networks, and Cisco Meraki platforms
• Deploy and manage Cato SASE Cloud Platform for secure global networking and Zero Trust Network Access
• Configure and optimize Fortinet Secure SD-WAN and SASE solutions including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE
• Implement Versa SASE Platform combining SD-WAN, security, and cloud access capabilities
• Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki cloud-managed SASE solutions including MX security appliances with integrated SD-WAN
• Design secure remote access solutions using SASE architecture for distributed workforces
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to managed services engineers, sharing best practices and expertise
• Integrate UCaaS solutions including MetaSwitch platforms with enterprise networks
• Implement Zero Trust security models across SASE deployments
• Develop and maintain network automation scripts and procedures
• Provide advanced engineering support and serve as technical escalation point
• Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials
• Collaborate with Command|POD teams to ensure 100% uptime SLA compliance
• Perform network assessments and develop cloud-first transformation strategies
• Lead network transformation projects from legacy architectures to SASE/SD-WAN solutions
• Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

Senior Network Engineer

• Own SD-WAN architecture and design for enterprise clients, building scalable, resilient network solutions centered on Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN and Next-Generation Firewalls
• Architect, deploy, and troubleshoot complex routing and security configurations including BGP, OSPF, VRRP, QoS, and IPS/IDS policies
• Lead customer onboarding into Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN environments, managing integration and migration from start to finish
• Support and troubleshoot multi-vendor environments across WAN, LAN, firewalls, VPNs, LTE circuits, VoIP, and Metaswitch UCaaS/voice services
• Design and refine LTE failover strategies, redundancy configurations, and hybrid WAN setups
• Serve as a direct point of escalation with Palo Alto Networks and other vendors on complex technical issues
• Proactively monitor customer environments, review logs, and identify and address threats or performance degradation before they become incidents
• Share expertise with peers on Palo Alto best practices, including SD-WAN policy design and security posture alignment
• Maintain thorough documentation of network architectures, security policies, and operational playbooks
• Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

Senior Network Engineer, Managed Services

• Provide leadership for one or more diverse functional units including both management personnel and individual contributors
• Hold responsibility for all cycles of network solutions delivery and management including strategic planning, solutions design, project delivery, problem management, process automation and financial stewardship
• Provide guidance to business leaders and stakeholders on IT strategy to adapt and support goals of the organization as a whole
• Drive operational efficiencies, identify bottlenecks, and effectively oversee cost management
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network services
