Network Engineer

• Perform configuration and commissioning of network infrastructure and connected devices during project execution.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and firewalls during commissioning activities.
• Verify network connectivity, routing, VLANs, redundancy mechanisms, and overall system integration.
• Provide remote support for offshore installations once connectivity has been established.
• Implement, modify, and maintain firewall policies and network configurations in accordance with operational requirements.
• Support a high volume of network changes during the transition to offshore operations, including frequent updates to firewall rules, routing, and network segmentation.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and support incident resolution in collaboration with project and operations teams.

• Configure and maintain Cisco switches, access points, and wireless controllers
• Monitor LAN/WLAN and respond to alerts before they cause downtime
• Support IT/OT production networks (PROFINET, Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP)
• Provide 3rd-level support and take part in network upgrade projects
