Marketing Operations

• Build AI-powered marketing systems that eliminate manual work, automate complex workflows, and improve how an entire marketing organization operates.
• Work with multiple marketing teams to identify operational bottlenecks and solve them through process design, AI, workflow automation, and scalable systems.
• Own the marketing operating rhythm, including campaign brief intake, planning cadences, post-campaign reviews, and weekly performance reporting.
• Design and deploy automations using Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n.
• Build executive reporting used by marketing leadership.
• Partner closely with the Business Intelligence Lead to improve data infrastructure.

Marketing Operations Manager – AI & Automation

• Build lead nurture and email campaigns inside our clients’ CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc).
• Troubleshoot issues related to clients’ martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data.
• Set up and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns for clients.
• Provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls.
• Coordinate campaigns and gather client feedback via Slack and email.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports that clearly communicate campaign performance.
• Ensure data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and helping us source new leads.
• Research products, services, and strategies to identify new opportunities to improve our own tech stack and approach.
• Other digital marketing tasks, as assigned.
