Marketing Analyst

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in close partnership with the Senior Director and Growth teams
• Design and implement multi-touch brand awareness campaigns leveraging social media, digital display advertising, geofencing, content syndication, and events
• Coordinate all stages of marketing campaign development—from planning and kickoff to delivery and post-campaign debrief—ensuring alignment to scope, budget, and timeline
• Produce marketing collateral and sales assets, including thought leadership content, factsheets, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and event summaries
• Develop, schedule, and manage digital content for social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and web, amplifying company messaging and maintaining a regular communications cadence
• Execute geofencing and location-based campaigns for trade shows, policy events, and targeted agencies
• Maintain digital asset libraries, update content repositories, and ensure brand compliance in all public-facing materials
• Technical Proposal Content Support: Assist in the organization and maintenance of technical content libraries, including writing and editing standardized proposal boilerplate and capability statements in collaboration with technical SMEs
• Government-Specific Content: Produce specialized content assets, such as contract vehicle overviews, compliance summaries, and Fed/State RFP response templates, tailored for government audience consumption
• Create and manage demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth
• Develop nurture streams and lead follow-up strategies, tracking Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to sales opportunities in Salesforce
• Support business development teams with tailored collateral throughout the customer lifecycle, influencing conversion rates and long-term account relationships
• Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, ABM platforms) and campaign reporting to measure performance, track ROI, and inform strategic improvements
• Monitor web traffic, campaign engagement, conversion metrics, and lead quality; summarize findings for leadership and provide actionable recommendations
• Assist in managing the marketing budget: ensure fiscal discipline across events, campaigns, and creative initiatives
• Support data cleanliness within the CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, ensuring all campaign tracking adheres to internal governance and public sector data privacy guidelines
• Execute the Market Shaping strategy, ensuring consistency across company, partners and platforms
• Work cross-functionally with BD, technical subject matter experts, and creative resources to achieve unified marketing operations
• Uphold high standards for brand identity, messaging accuracy, and market reputation
• Support contract and vendor coordination for creative and digital services

Business Development Analyst

• Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize marketing processes and tooling.
• Oversee and enhance tools like Promotions Optimization, Alerting Dashboard, Brand Workflow Engine, and Channel Search Optimization. Develop new tools required for new business pursuits or advancing current operations.
• Continuously monitor marketing processes and performance through advanced data analytics. Work to produce predictive analytics models that the reporting teams can utilize to support key marketing metrics 1+ year in advance (Impact, Lift%, Suppression Risk, Lost Sales from Alerting, etc.).
• Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc marketing decisions, supporting the marketing management team with necessary data and tools. Ensure the analysis explains business drivers ($s) vs. count metrics.
• Work closely with departments like Merchandising, Planners, Training, S&T, FP&A, Pricing, and Demand to align marketing management with market demands. Ensure built solutions can scale (reduce time and increase efficiency) through 5+ years.

Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations

• Support the Run Model
• Support day-to-day operations of automations, integrations, and SaaS platforms
• Participate in support activities including incident triage, ticket resolution, and business support requests
• Follow established prioritization and escalation processes when handling support issues
• Assist in maintaining service stability by identifying issues and escalating risks appropriately
• Contribute to reducing recurring issues through documentation and continuous improvement
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base content
• Partner with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
• Support creation of deliverables such as process flows, requirements documentation, and test cases
• Help translate business needs into clearly defined requirements for technical teams
• Participate in testing efforts, including executing test cases and documenting results
• Assist with small enhancements or project workstreams under guidance
• Provide operational and functional support across SaaS tools and integrations including things like SnapLogic, Power Automate, Copilot Agent Development and prompt engineering
• Work with technical team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Assist in basic configuration, monitoring, and validation of integrations and automation workflows
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or vendors when appropriate
• Learn platform capabilities, data flows, and integration dependencies
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, standardize processes, and improve system reliability
• Suggest improvements based on recurring support issues or inefficiencies
• Contribute to automation and process optimization efforts where possible
• Participate in retrospectives or team discussions to capture learnings and improve outcomes
• Develop working relationships with business stakeholders and IS team members
• Seek to understand business processes, systems, and data flows
• Provide responsive, customer-focused support to end users
• Actively seek guidance and feedback to improve performance and skills
