Marketing

• Develop and execute local activation plans aligned with business priorities and growth targets;
• Drive and coordinate product launches and campaign execution in the market;
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities;
• Localize global toolkits and develop locally relevant marketing materials;
• Manage and monitor marketing budget (A&P) and activity performance;
• Plan and execute media and digital activities (SEO, SEM, social media, content);
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and commercial activities, including joint planning and prioritization;
• Plan and implement events, training and educational initiatives across relevant channels;
• Drive marketing operation and sales & customer service support around assigned brands/products/service areas.

Marketing Activation Manager

• Film and edit video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create product videos, feature walkthroughs, tutorials, and launch campaign content
• Produce employer branding content, including recruitment videos, event coverage, and culture-focused content
• Create video ads for paid campaigns, from concept to final delivery
• Film at events, trade shows, and product shoots, both locally and occasionally abroad
• Create motion graphics, animations, and other supporting visual content
• Build and maintain reusable video templates and editing presets to ensure consistency across channels
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, HR, and sales teams
