Manager

• Successful end-to-end management of designated paid media accounts
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements for held accounts
• Own all Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping, & testing, leading the team with confidence and direction
• Work with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to identify client goals, priorities and efficiency requirements.
• Actively works to increase billing for existing accounts and propose opportunities to expand media coverage for new accounts
• Continually work to learn new strategies, test new platforms, and expand Cardinal’s Paid Media offerings
• Function as primary point of contact both internally and externally for all ‘owned’ accounts – responsible for pacing and performance of accounts
• Responsible for generating reporting, writing insights, and communicating with the client for designated accounts
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of held accounts including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types and copy revisions
• Responsible for strategic ideation on all accounts, designing and adjusting campaign strategies to meet each client’s business goals (and internal objectives)
• Responsible for designing and deploying tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly cadence (structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc.)
• Responsible for continual testing, verification, and improvement of full-funnel structures.

Senior Media Manager, Healthcare

• Architect for RAG: You’ll design and scale the pipelines for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), transforming massive volumes of unstructured IT logs and documentation into optimized Vector Embeddings.
• Scale vector infrastructure: You will be responsible for the health and performance of our vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate), ensuring sub-second retrieval speeds for agentic reasoning loops.
• Engineer semantic layers: Move beyond simple ETL to build knowledge graphs and semantic layers that provide agents with the necessary context to navigate complex infrastructure puzzles.
• Automate data excellence: Using a keen eye for detail, you’ll build automated data guardrails to detect noise, bias, or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before it reaches the model, ensuring our AI remains safe and impactful.
• Solve meaningful challenges: Serve as the bridge between raw, messy data sources and deep technical AI work, identifying and resolving quality issues at the source.
• Progress to production: With a well-defined methodology and software engineering prowess, you will build, deploy, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for our data infrastructure, ensuring that our context window remains fresh and reliable.

Delivery Manager

• Esta posición tendrá como principal misión asegurar el cumplimiento de la colocación y saldos de efectivo, asegurando la facturación e ingresos mensuales y así poder cumplir con las utilidades de la empresa
• Responsable de analizar y plantear oportunidades de captación de nuevos segmentos, así como maximizar la oferta para informar a gerencia de los planes a implementar. Asimismo, definir la estrategia de precios que permitan maximizar los ingresos.

• Avala la evidencia clínica, diseña programas de educación médica continua y brinda soporte científico a Marketing y Ventas durante lanzamientos, licitaciones y capacitaciones para la fuerza de ventas
• Identifica, desarrolla y mantiene vínculos de confianza con Key External Experts; apoya su participación en congresos y crea para robustecer la reputación científica de Grünenthal
• Aporta análisis médico del entorno terapéutico, monitoriza actividades de competidores y traduce insights en recomendaciones que nutren el plan de negocio y el Medical Brand Plan
• Revisa y aprueba todo material promocional o científico asegurando el cumplimiento con normas locales/globales; colabora con Regulatorio y PV en la gestión de eventos adversos y actualizaciones de seguridad del portafolio
• Participa en el desarrollo del plan de acceso al mercado a través de la colaboración con el equipo de Acceso
• Garantiza la implementación de políticas corporativas (SGSST y Código de Conducta)
