Manager

• Define and maintain the technical architecture vision across core platforms, including Client Area, CRM (Back Office; Salesforce), Websites, Trading Platforms, and internal services.
• Lead the modernization of legacy systems, supporting the gradual transition from monolithic architectures to modular or service-based systems.
• Design and define API architecture standards to improve integration between internal systems and external services.
• Introduce and guide the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture for secure authentication, authorization, and user management.
• Support the selection of modern and scalable technology stacks, frameworks, and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to review solution designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide guidance on microservices architecture, event-driven design, and system decoupling where appropriate.
• Identify and address technical debt and architectural risks, proposing structured modernization initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of new system integrations and internal services.
• Work closely with Cloud, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure architecture decisions align with infrastructure and security best practices.
• Participate in early-stage discussions for new initiatives to assess technical feasibility, system impact, and architecture considerations.
• Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
• Maintain architecture documentation, system diagrams, and technical standards for internal teams.
• Promote engineering best practices, system resilience, and long-term sustainability across squads.

Technical Manager

• Own the full project lifecycle, leading initiatives from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with product and business goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and attention to detail.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Partner closely with multi-functional teams to maintain project alignment, resolve dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.
• Monitor project progress and outcomes, adjusting plans and approaches in response to unexpected changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and collaboration across teams and departments.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency, trust, and satisfaction.
• Maintain a solution-focused mindset, seeking opportunities to optimize processes, resolve challenges, and enhance delivery efficiency.
