Logistics Specialist

• Manage international shipments (air, ocean, courier) from factories to US warehouses/3PLs
• Coordinate pre-shipment readiness, inspections, and documentation with overseas suppliers
• Handle domestic logistics (FTL/LTL) within the US with real-time visibility
• Maintain compliance with US customs, duties, and documentation standards
• Track all shipment milestones and keep internal teams updated
• Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, and trucking partners
• Negotiate freight rates and reconcile invoices with finance
• Coordinate with Chinese suppliers during the morning shift
• Perform other operational responsibilities during the evening shift
