Legal Assistant

• Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and correspondence related to immigration matters
• Communicate with clients in both Mandarin and English to gather information, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Maintain organized and accurate digital case files to ensure efficient case tracking and document management
• Manage and update CRM and case management systems, including platforms such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com
• Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, strategy, and workflow management
• Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, organization, and overall case management processes
