• Define and execute a vision for AI-powered, skills-based learning
• Embed learning into the flow of work across the field, sales, and leadership roles
• Build a data-driven learning ecosystem
• Scale high-quality content and personalised learning journeys globally
• Own and advance KONE-wide learning for the field workforce, ensuring scalable, high-quality training
• Support Field Trainer network to perform at its best
• Foster continuous, self-directed learning across a global workforce
• Ensure learning is accessible, practical, and relevant
• Enable knowledge sharing across geographies and functions
• Lead and develop a global L&D organisation (~100 professionals)
• Ensure scalable delivery across global, area, and local environments
• Evolve operating model, governance, and ways of working
• Build learning analytics and skills intelligence capabilities
• Use data to prioritise development and demonstrate business value
• Act as a key member of the P&C Leadership Team
• Partner with business leaders to align capabilities with strategy
• Influence enterprise workforce and capability decisions

Senior Vice President – Learning & Development

• Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
• Ensure smooth end-to-end learning processes for employees, managers, and trainers
• Support both global and local learning and competence development processes
• Act as the key user and subject matter expert for the Workday Learning system
• Support managers and content creators in using Workday Learning effectively
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of the Workday Learning library
• Develop L&D processes, standards, and ways of working together with other L&D Specialists and the L&D Manager
• Measure learning effectiveness, participation, and business impact, and continuously develop the offering
