• Define and own the long-term vision for HighLevel’s Marketing OS and Lead Generation ecosystem
• Identify opportunities to unify fragmented tools into a cohesive, AI-powered growth platform
• Drive product strategy that increases lead volume, conversion rates, and customer ROI
• Lead a group of product managers and cross-functional teams across multiple product lines
• Ensure tight integration across all surfaces to deliver a seamless user experience
• Partner with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption of core lead gen tools
• Embed AI across the ecosystem to create autonomous marketing workflows
• Establish and track core metrics for lead generation volume and quality
