• Conduct sanitation and public health inspections
• Perform inspections of package checking and method of sale, dairy farm and milk processing operations, and other inspections as required
• Gather information and interpret regulations
• Assess findings to determine non-compliance
• Write accurate, descriptive, and precise non-compliance records
• Perform statewide relief inspections as necessary
• Attend out-of-state training and complete required training with a passing grade
• Use state vehicles to perform inspections
