Inside Sales

• Own all transactional accounts in an assigned geography and represent the entire LGC Standards product portfolio across Pharma, Biotech, Environmental, and other end-markets
• Identify and close new prospect opportunities through prospecting, qualification with marketing, and self-generated leads
• Engage customers via email, phone calls, and online meetings to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow up on quotations, and drive new sales
• Use LGC sales tools and virtual capabilities to prospect, nurture, and close opportunities
• Conduct ongoing territory planning
• Cooperate with marketing to launch new products
• Work with the core end-market team to identify competitor activity and market trends
• Manage relevant Service Cloud cases daily, ensuring tasks are handled and response times are maintained
