• Support the promotion and sale of Pearson vocational qualifications and digital resources across the region, contributing directly to revenue targets
• Manage day‑to‑day customer interactions, resolving queries proactively, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience
• Enable sales and marketing activities by supporting reporting, purchasing, vendor coordination, and event execution (e.g., conferences and exhibitions)
• Partner with sales colleagues on key account planning and high‑value prospect support to drive growth
• Build and maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting using Pearson systems and CRM tools

Associate, Inside Sales

• Prospects and uncovers sales opportunities within existing customers, while effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in accordance with organization sales processes.
• Partners effectively with other teams within the organization to ensure coordinated and efficient account management, collaborating as needed to improve win rates.
• Takes ownership of accurate forecasting for sales activities, considering historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
• Coordinates the necessary resources and support to effectively execute business strategies and sales initiatives.
