Influencer Marketing

• Map and continuously update the universe of voices for Salesforce — prioritizing those who are emerging, underrated, or not yet on anyone else's radar, with a particular focus on newsletters, podcasts, niche communities and social.
• Develop and own Salesforce's influencer segmentation model — defining tiers, scoring criteria, and selection frameworks segmented by objective, audience, and purpose — with distinct frameworks for earned vs. paid.
• Own end-to-end measurement for Salesforce's influencer programs — from always-on partnerships to event-based activations.
• Build and maintain influencer performance frameworks that go beyond traditional metrics — capturing whether influence spread, to whom, and whether it moved the needle on the objective it was designed for.
• Establish, maintain and contextualize benchmarks for influencer performance — developing internal baselines from historical data while staying current on industry standards.
• Use AI tools to expand the surface area of what you can see while owning the judgment layer: deciding which signals matter, which voices are worth attention, and what the data is telling you.
• Serve as the measurement thought partner for influencer and social program owners across Comms and Marketing — including knowing when a relationship is primarily transactional/paid and should be routed to the appropriate partnership team, vs. when it's an earned relationship.

Manager, Influencer & New Media Insights

• Shape and refine Simple Mills’ organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn (with Pinterest, YouTube, X, and Threads as secondary platforms).
• Translate integrated marketing plans into platform-specific strategies, content plans, and success measures, ensuring clarity in what each channel is driving.
• Develop TikTok Shop strategy and execution in partnership with external partners, ensuring alignment to broader social and business goals.
• Identify and test opportunities to evolve channel approach, including new formats, tools, and platform capabilities, bringing forward data-informed recommendations.

• Manage accounting function including account reconciliations, journal entries, AR, AP, and Billing
• Analysis and review of company expenditures, confirming proper allocation of expenses to the various departments, and reporting to these departments as necessary
• Review transactions to ensure accounting treatment is in accordance with GAAP and company policies and procedures
• Analyze billing transactions to ensure proper allocation of revenue recognition policies
