Implementation Specialist

• Lead full lifecycle management of large-scale EMR implementations (Epic, Cerner, Veeva, etc.) from discovery to go-live and stabilization
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, financial forecasts, and resource allocations
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between clinical, technical, and business teams, internally and with clients
• Enforce PMO governance and standardized methodologies, tools, and templates across all projects
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and scope
• Manage project financials, including budget vs. actuals, profitability targets, and change control processes
• Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations, translating project details into clear business outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and project leaders
• Mentor and guide project coordinators, analysts, and team members to elevate delivery capability
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks
