• Execute and lead credit proposals for new financing
• Review Large Corporates & Institutions customers

Client Credit Manager, Temporary Position – 1 Year

• Procure, configure, and manage laptops and mobile devices across our European markets
• Own our Workspace environment end to end: user lifecycle management, shared drives, groups, organisational units, and access policies
• Manage user access across our third-party application landscape, provisioning, deprovisioning, and keeping permissions aligned with the principle of least privilege
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure at our Stockholm office, including Wi-Fi, VLANs, and guest access
• Be the first point of contact for IT issues across the organisation, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access problems for colleagues in all markets
• Own relationships with our IT vendors and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
• Play an active role in our ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance work

IT Specialist

• Lead the deployment and environment strategy, ensuring smooth delivery and maintenance
• Responsible for Technical Road Maps to meet future needs in organization
• Support and collaborate with Solution architects for the different Business areas
• Analyze requirements, design and present various solutions based on the needs
• Be a knowledge support and collaborate closely with Service Owner, Service Managers and Technicians within ERP solutions
• Communicate and explain solutions in a clear and customized manner for different target groups

ERP Enterprise Architect

• Installation, konfiguration och felsökning av datorer och mobila enheter
• Ge teknisk support och användarstöd i både enklare och mer komplexa ärenden
• Hantera incidenter och serviceärenden inom onsite support och helpdesk
• Arbeta med felsökning inom klientmiljöer, användarkonton och nätverk
• Samverka med andra tekniska funktioner och externa leverantörer
• Bidra till förbättring av supportprocesser och användarupplevelse
• Dokumentera lösningar och supportärenden enligt etablerade rutiner
