• **About the Role**
• - Liaise with key customers on a regular basis to discuss the current state of receivables.
• - Interact with internal colleagues to provide a conduit between customers, sales, billing, customer services, and finance departments to manage any issues relevant to non-payment.
• - Support the Head of Credit in developing new automated systems and processes to streamline Order to Cash functions.
• - Provide timely and accurate reporting of collection activity and debtor status for management use.

Finance & Credit Manager

• Maintain and support core IT systems, including Google Workspace and device management (JAMF).
• Execute IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning, computer setups, and access management for a growing global team.
• Support tools like VPNs, password managers, and endpoint security; ensure employee devices are patched, compliant, and functioning properly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving tickets for teammates via Slack, email, and video.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories and assist in administering our collaboration stack (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Asana).
• Keep internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles up to date for both the IT team and end-users.

IT Helpdesk Technician

• Providing excellent client support and issue resolution via email, phone, and live chat.
• Learning, maintaining, and applying a high level of knowledge of the key functions of LEAP products.
• Working efficiently and effectively to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators.
• Proactively improving LEAP's self-support centre by developing better self-help material (written how-to articles, demo videos, etc).
• Building productive client relationships and high client satisfaction.
