Human Resources Analyst – Healthcare, Cloud Systems

• Provide entry-level administrative support for employee benefit programs across the United States and Canada
• Administer weekly U.S. 401(k) payroll contribution files
• Reconcile benefit vendor billing and invoices
• Track, administer, and maintain accurate records for employee leaves of absence
• Maintain and audit employee benefit data between HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems
• Assist with daily administration of benefit plans
• Partner with HR Shared Services to support employee benefit inquiries

HR Benefits Coordinator

• Provide leadership and oversight for plant safety initiatives promoting UCARE and a safety first culture.
• Lead safety committee and R3 initiatives.
• Ensure safety compliance with legal and Company requirements.
• Responding to workplace incidents by reporting and investigating near misses and safety accidents.
• Work with Risk Management to liaise with insurance provider and employee to manage workers’ compensation claims.
• Collaborate with plant management team in the development of job skill matrices.
• Maintain skills inventories.
• Develop and implement training programs to meet business requirements.
• Maintain all records in conformance with Nortrak's quality system.
• Follow all required HR minimum standards outlined in the HR standard operating procedures.
• Manage recruitment process to meet business requirements.
• Respond to requests of internal / external customers on a timely basis.
• Oversee payroll, benefit, HRIS and reporting process to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Effectively review and ensure appropriate maintenance of time records in time keeping system to ensure hours are captured accurately within the required payroll deadlines and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain appropriate employee records, in HRIS and time keeping system ensure compliance with provincial, state and federal employment regulations.
• Ensure the new hire process is completed timely and in compliance with employment regulations (e.g. I9 verification), company policies and procedures and HR standard operating procedures.
• Effectively manage health and compensation claims including return-to-work programs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce risk exposure.
• Gather intelligence of local job market conditions and develop appropriate recruitment and retention strategies.
• Minimize recruitment costs.
• Counsel and mentor employees.
• Actively guide local managers and supervisors vis-a-vis employee relations and the administration of Nortrak policies.
• Ensure that the application of policies and discipline are fair and equitable.
• Administer employee leave policies (e.g. FMLA and disability).
• Advise management regarding regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g. EEO, affirmative action, ADA, etc).
• Adhere to Nortrak's Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies.
