Human Resources

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, employee data, and process implementation to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
• Act as primary contact for local payroll providers and manage monthly payroll execution, benefits, and pension programs.
• Advise managers and employees on HR matters, handle employee relations cases, and serve as the local expert on Swedish labor law.
• Lead local recruitment from requisition to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and external agencies as needed.
• Coordinate performance reviews, support talent development initiatives, and ensure alignment with Allegion's broader HR programs.
• Partner with HR colleagues across Allegion to integrate Waitwhile into global systems and support organizational growth

HR Business Partner

• Ge HR-stöd till chefer och medarbetare i frågor som exempelvis rör arbetsrätt, rehabilitering, friskvård, tjänstledighet, arbetsmiljö, samt vårt HR system Catalyst One
• Hantera och administrera HR-ärenden i vårt HR- och lönesystem kopplade till anställningen
• Arbeta nära HR Business Partners och stötta i olika HR-frågor och förändringsarbete
• I rollen kan du även komma att arbeta med rekrytering vid behov
• Bidra till digitalisering och utveckling av HR processer där AI och automatisering används för att effektivisera dessa
• Delta i och driva olika HR-initiativ, till exempel nya eller förändrade processer
