Human Resources

• Partner with HRBPs, CoEs leaders at a local level to bring value and support to the business through: execution of performance management, coaching, corrective action issues, team building, employee development, compliance programs, execution of university relations programs/activities.
• Provide feedback to HRBPs, COEs and HR Services to assist those functions to deliver continuous improvement and consistency to all employees.
• Local deployment support of HR programs (ex. Implementing new payroll methods locally, SAP implementation, launching new CoE program, others).
• Deliver HR training activities provided by the COEs or HR Services to managers and employees.
• Partner with HRBP and Legal on execution employee investigations.
• Provide regional benefits support when needed.
• Manage, with input from hiring manager, all voluntary terminations, reductions in force.
• Ensure, when site specific, all local policies and procedures are up to date along with any transition needed according to local legal requirements.

Human Resources Generalist

• You will build and execute an annual plan that supports and emphasizes employee experience.
• Plan, design concepts, and execute (end-to-end) company events, team-building activities, holiday and achievement celebrations, toasts, lectures, wellness activities, and more.
• Take care of employees’ lifecycle gifts, recognition, welcoming kit for new employees, etc.
• Create & publish content related to employee experience for internal communication.
• Collaborate with different teams including HR, Operations, Finance, and more to implement programs and initiatives that drive positive employee experience.
• Work closely with suppliers and service providers.

Employee Experience Specialist

• Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate documentation, immigration compliance or implementation of processes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders.
• Own the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status.
• Support payroll data processing, including tracking bonuses, salary increases, and sick leave.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Proactively propose and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tech in HR and recommend innovative tools or features.
• Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People and ensure our function is high-performing notably providing first-line support for HR inquiries through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee issues and escalating when necessary.

HR Ops Specialist

• Own the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, supportive end-to-end experience for our new hires and those transitioning out of the organization
• Serve as first point of contact for our HR Help Desk, answering employee inquiries in a manner that is consistent with our culture, internal policy, and applicable labor law compliance
• Responsible for HR personnel file organization, including digitizing hard copy records and maintaining filing system compliance
• Manage and process employee changes and transactions and maintain accuracy of employee data on HRIS
• Find ways to increase efficiencies of our processes and admin work, such as documenting SOPs and creating employee resource materials
• Give HR trainings to groups of employees and managers
• Other administrative tasks as assigned in a variety of HR areas
