• Lead, manage and safely deliver a suite of integrated customer-centric services to older people in line with ALONE’s strategic aims and objectives
• Promote the ALONE values
• Deliver high-quality integrated services with leading quality metrics, 100% on-time delivery and year-on-year productivity improvements
• Manage unit costs efficiently and communicate, measure and achieve objectives at all levels
• Work closely with HR to lead and enhance the ALONE People strategy
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legislative guidelines, ALONE processes and procedures
• Develop and enhance the customer-centric service delivery model aligned with the HSE service footprint
• Manage stakeholders and represent ALONE at regional and national events connected to Ireland’s ageing sector
• Introduce new services, business opportunities, innovations and technologies
• Perform tasks assigned by the National Head of Service
