• Plan and coordinate professional events, workshops, and awareness campaigns
• Guide candidates through the full hearing implant journey with clear, timely, and empathetic communication
• Provide tailored information and support to enable informed decision-making
• Manage inbound enquiries and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Support local consumer events and information sessions
• Track and manage candidate interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

• Ensure all activities align with brand, compliance, and quality standards
