Sales Manager – SME & Growth

• Grove is looking for a temporary Marketing leader to support our Acquisition function during a parental leave period for 3-4 months (starting ASAP, ending September).
• Partner directly with the VP of Marketing to increase new customer acquisition within efficiency guardrails, helping to further refine creative strategy and new channel expansion.
• Drive day to day operations with channel managers, internal and external creative resources, and reporting tools, while helping to refine our marketing strategy across channels and creative themes to enable near term growth.
• Manage and optimize Grove’s social‑first content engine and creator ecosystem.
• Refine and manage the distribution strategy across organic and paid channels to put that work in front of the right consumers.
• Scale the content strategy by optimizing strategies on Grove’s core paid channels (Meta, TikTok, and Google).
• Partner with Product and Ecommerce teams on landing page and funnel improvements, Merchandising on launches and assortment priorities for our third-party and owned brands, and Sustainability and human health experts to align messaging with Grove’s mission and values.
• Manage and develop a small, high‑performing team, including managing and selecting agencies to augment in house resources.

Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Temp – Parental Leave Coverage

• Architect our AI-powered GTM infrastructure: You'll design and build the systems — workflows, agents, data pipelines, enrichment layers, internal tools — that let Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops operate at a scale that would otherwise require 2–3x the headcount.
• Own pipeline growth end-to-end: You'll take ownership of the growth funnel and define how we scale demand at our next stage, from top-of-funnel experimentation through pipeline acceleration.
• Boost offline growth: Big opportunities exist from offline engagements in the ecommerce world. Identify, build, and execute those opportunities, particularly with up-market and higher ACV opps from our ICP.
• Set the bar for creative experimentation: You'll lead ongoing testing across channels, messages, and motions, bringing scrappy startup energy and turning winning experiments into scalable, systematized growth engines.
• Use AI Systems to 10x our output: You'll be at the forefront of AI-driven marketing and GTM, deploying internal and external-facing tools that multiply the productivity of the entire GTM org — not just your own workstreams.
• Strengthen the connection between Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops: You'll ensure marketing efforts translate into high-quality, measurable pipeline by partnering closely with Sales and Rev Ops and by building the connective tissue — attribution, handoffs, signal routing — that makes the org feel like one team.
• Lay the foundation for GTM operational excellence: You'll bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our growth motion, building systems that scale with us and setting playbooks others on the team can run.

Growth Marketer

• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, SEO and social platforms.
• Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Optimize full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through opportunity creation.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion efficiency.
• Own campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks.
• Implement A/B testing strategies across landing pages, messaging, ads, and nurture flows.
• Monitor acquisition cost, cost-per-lead, return on ad spend and pipeline velocity.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.

Growth Marketing Manager

• The Strategic Sales Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned territory through strategic account management, business development, and execution of a defined territory growth plan.
• The role is responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Serve as lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers in assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong, matrixed customer relationships across multiple levels within customer accounts.

Strategic Sales Growth Manager

• Owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for embedded payments and marketplace initiatives, from partner onboarding through integration and go-live
• Acts as the central point of coordination across Product, Marketing, Business Development, RevOps, and Operations to ensure successful execution of platform initiatives
• Manages project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Drives alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, responsibilities, and execution milestones
• Identifies risks, bottlenecks, and operational gaps, and proactively drives resolution to maintain momentum
• Supports execution of partner onboarding and activation, ensuring efficient time-to-live and early success
• Partners with RevOps to ensure platform initiatives are tracked, measurable, and integrated into CRM and GTM systems
• Builds and improves workflows for onboarding, implementation, and activation to increase efficiency and scalability
• Monitors post-launch performance including partner activation, adoption, and early GMV contribution
• Identifies drop-off points and collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve adoption and reduce friction
• Contributes to development of playbooks, launch frameworks, and documentation to support repeatable execution
• Maintains accurate documentation of initiatives, timelines, stakeholder communications, and execution status within internal systems
• Represents the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner-facing engagements to support platform initiatives and strengthen ecosystem relationships
• Support onsite partner meetings, implementation sessions, and launch readiness reviews as needed
• Partner with Marketing and Product to contribute insights for platform-related content, playbooks, and thought leadership tied to embedded payments and marketplace growth
• Stay current on industry trends across embedded payments, ISVs, Vsaas and platform ecosystems to inform execution and continuous improvement
• Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives, reporting, and cross-functional projects as directed by leadership
• Willing and able to travel for partner engagements, internal planning sessions, and industry events (estimated travel: 20–40%)
