Customer Growth Specialist

• Lead campaign strategy for the UKI region, using market and customer insight to define what we run and why.
• Brief and guide global teams on execution, ensuring strong alignment on messaging, targeting, and goals.
• Own campaign performance and outcomes, working closely with channel teams who execute.
• Coordinate timelines and stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively and hit commercial targets agreed with the Head of Marketing.
• Use AI tools to move faster and improve delivery.
• Partner with global demand generation and customer marketing teams to deliver regional campaigns across channels.
• Make customer proof central to every campaign, using real stories and outcomes to drive conversion.
• Shape and adapt campaign content (e.g. case studies, landing pages, webinars, event narratives) for the UKI market.
• Manage budgets and track performance using tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Track MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, upsell and customer engagement, using regional insights to optimise performance.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure campaigns reflect real customer needs.
• Feed insights back into global teams to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Growth and Campaigns Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies, including paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing, and referral programs.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI, managing budgets, bids, and targeting parameters.
• Track key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV) using analytics and attribution tools, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously test new channels, creatives, and messaging to identify areas of improvement and drive incremental growth.
• Work with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align acquisition strategies with product launches, feature enhancements, and seasonal promotions.

User Acquisition Specialist

• Drive pipeline contribution — someone who can drive demand across multiple channels
• Plan and execute multi-channel programmes that generate and convert pipeline across email and social, while adapting campaigns for regional audiences in language and in context
• Ensure both prospect and customer journeys are reflected across programs and campaigns
• Design and deliver multi-channel marketing programmes across digital channels to engage and convert prospects at scale
• Create compelling assets that drive prospect and customer engagement to a desired outcome
• Test, learn, and optimise continuously — running experiments to improve engagement rates, pipeline quality, and sales impact across channels
• Localise and regionalise campaigns while building dedicated regional programmes that reflect the nuances of your markets
