• Execute a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and/or social ambassador aligned with brand objectives, focusing on maximizing partnerships and revenue, including daily affiliate outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate center
• Management of affiliate messaging system and discord communities to encourage ongoing partnerships that are mutually beneficial
• Manage social commerce initiatives across platforms like TikTok and Meta, including the setup and continuous optimization of social shops to enhance conversions and drive revenue for clients

Growth Lead

• Own and optimize the talent acquisition funnel end-to-end (view → click → registration → application → hire), identifying bottlenecks and improving conversion, speed, and efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient, high-quality talent supply across markets by anticipating demand, understanding hiring needs, volumes, and timing to proactively prevent talent gaps.
• Design, execute, and scale performance acquisition campaigns across external channels (Social Ads, Google Ads, Job Boards), maximizing impact, efficiency, and ROI.
• Activate, engage, and re-engage candidates through CRM, email, push notifications, and in-app communications, ensuring continuous talent availability and fast response times.
• Monitor and optimize unit economics and key performance metrics (CPA, conversion rates, funnel efficiency), owning budget allocation and performance outcomes.
• Run continuous growth experiments to identify and scale new channels, audiences, messaging, and value propositions.
• Leverage AI and automation as a core way of working, to improve decision-making, accelerate execution, and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analyses that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, supporting growth and business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Tech, and Data teams to remove friction, enhance candidate experience, and scale high-impact initiatives across markets.
• Communicate performance, insights, learnings, and recommendations clearly, directly influencing how Job&Talent grows and allocates resources globally.
