• Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for digital platforms
• Create banners, promotional materials, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns
• Develop illustrations and custom visual concepts aligned with the brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams on creative initiatives
• Maintain consistency across all branding and visual communication
• Prepare assets for web, mobile, and social media platforms

• Understand the business environment and the requirements of the organization.

• Understand requirements, study designs, create drafts and present ideas, amend designs using feedback and present final output.
• Use variety of graphic formats to communicate messages to a larger audience such as- infographics, videos, illustrations, logos etc.
• Collaborate with other designers, artists and the stakeholders periodically for inputs.
• Periodically presentation on marketing activities to management and stakeholders to assess new needs and set direction.
• Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day to day activities
• Work with Business heads and Stakeholders and provide support in achieving business goals.
• Participate in weekly meetings with various teams.

Creative Graphic Designer Intern

• Join our design team and deliver creative assets to some of the greatest companies in the world
• Work fully remote with a global team
• Collaborate with fixed set of 3-4 clients
• Work on UI- & Graphic Design projects

• Provide YouTube support (uploading videos, optimizing titles/descriptions, thumbnails, tags)
• Edit videos for YouTube and social media (cutting, transitions, captions, basic effects)
• Design thumbnails, graphics, and marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)

• Own the execution of creative assets across the full brand ecosystem
• Design sales and marketing collateral such as one-sheets, case studies, pitch decks, and proposals

• Develop digital and social assets including LinkedIn graphics, campaign creatives, email headers, and paid media materials
• Support website visual updates, landing pages, and asset management through CMS-based tools
• Design event and activation materials such as booth graphics, signage, and sponsorship collateral
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity across every brand touchpoint
• Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to turn strategy into strong creative execution
