• Own and evolve the company’s brand system, ensuring clarity, consistency, and distinction across all internal and external touchpoints.

Graphic Designer

• This digital design internship involves planning and designing visuals for the For the Strength of Youth Instagram, Facebook, and the Strive to Be YouTube channels.
• We are looking for someone who can contribute ideas and concepts for the branding of various youth channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in all visual elements.
• The intern is expected to keep up to date with design trends that appeal to the 11-18 age range, particularly in music and other youth-focused products.
• Candidates should be eager to join a creative and fast-paced work environment with plenty of opportunities to design and publish.
• The intern will primarily help with the branding of various Church’s digital channels for youth and needs to demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in creating engaging design.
• Assignments may include creating album covers, thumbnails, banners, social media graphics, photoshopping images, layout design and other graphic design tasks as needed.

Part Time, Paid Intern – Digital Designer

• Develop launch creative that supports PDP conversion and overall campaign performance.
• Translate product and campaign briefs into compelling visual communication.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise brand standards while executing at division speed.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, and visual storytelling across all assets.
• Collaborate with content, go-to-market (GTM), and marketing teams to meet deadlines.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with timely and effective design solutions.

• Create designs using project requirements and concepts.
• Design within established brand guidelines.
• Produce final designs for print, digital, and interactive projects.
• Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction, photo editing, file prep).
• Understand timeline builds and meeting deadlines.
• Work on a variety of branding projects such as presentations, brochures/leave-behinds, event/experience buildouts, social media, email/newsletter, and website.
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
