Graphics Designer

• Own static and lifestyle ad creative across **Google Display Network (GDN), Demand Gen,** and **Performance Max (PMax)** end-to-end
• Research the market, define target avatars/personas, and identify creative angles
• Concept, design, generate, and ship ad creative independently
• Build **direct response static ads** designed to convert cold, top-of-funnel traffic, not just visually clean creative
• Pair static ads with advertorials as part of the funnel
• Build **lifestyle imagery** tailored for PMax and Demand Gen placements
• Produce creative at volume across the full Google static format set (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, and native display sizes)
• Read and interpret performance data to identify what's converting
• Continuously test, volume, and variation and iterate based on results

AI Graphic Designer – Marketing

• Developing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for campaigns
• Collaborating with marketing teams to produce digital and print assets
• Creating and adapting digital materials and design print assets
• Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
