Graphic Designer II

• The Graphic Designer provides design services for the in-house creative team.
• The Designer is responsible for developing and producing creative marketing collateral and digital content for internal marketing partners while collaborating with Lead Designers and/or Supervisor/Manager.
• Works on projects with minimal to moderate complexity.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in graphic design and associated software.
• Prioritizes tasks and projects according to businesses' needs and turn-around times.
• Clearly communicates creative ideas and collaborates with internal and external partners/teams.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of print and production principles and best practices in the management and coordination of the creative process.
• Is an ambassador of Enterprise Branding and Marketing standards including the corporate brand and its visual identity system.

• Lead the visual execution of key marketing deliverables including proposals, campaigns, and presentations.
• Develop infographics, diagrams, and layouts that enhance storytelling and client messaging.
• Review and refine work from junior designers, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure graphics align with strategy, audience, and delivery timelines.
• Evolve the company’s templates, icons, and brand resources in collaboration with Marketing leadership.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Senior Graphic Designer

• Bring creative talents to help our growing marketing team create visually appealing dynamic content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn written copy and campaign concepts into customer-facing materials.
• Have ownership of larger projects such as tradeshow booths.
• Design and create assets such as social media graphics, sales enablement collateral, webpages and event materials.
• Design vector illustrations or animate videos as needed.
• Adherence to deadlines is a must, and a degree of flexibility is needed to thrive in this role.

Senior Multimedia Designer

• Design social media graphics, sales enablement tools, slide decks, webpages, and trade show assets.
• Work closely with the content marketing team to turn written copy into customer-facing materials.
• Adhere to deadlines and maintain flexibility to thrive in this role.

Graphic Designer

• Develop and create smart, strategic concepts that tackle big issues
• Translate concept memos from client teams into polished materials for democratic candidates and political organizations
• Design Pivot internal projects from social media to marketing materials
• Collaborate with Creative Director and client teams to develop and problem solve any creative and content issues
• Effectively respond to edits to materials from team members and clients

• Create designs using project requirements and concepts.
• Design within established brand guidelines.
• Produce final designs for print, digital, and interactive projects.
• Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction, photo editing, file prep).
• Understand timeline builds and meeting deadlines.
• Work on a variety of branding projects such as presentations, brochures/leave-behinds, event/experience buildouts, social media, email/newsletter, and website.
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Junior Graphic Designer

• Manage and execute design tasks from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely work.
• Create and refine assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Firefly, and Illustrator), and other marketing design tools.
• Design creative for web experiences, ecommerce banners, email/newsletter marketing, and paid + organic social campaigns.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all channels.
• Confidently engage with clients on calls and via email, presenting work and incorporating feedback.
• Work efficiently, making smart decisions about time and priorities across multiple clients.
• Partner closely with cross-functional squad teams (marketing, design, and account) for cohesive execution.
• Understand and apply UX principles to improve user experience in digital products.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies that enhance creative output.
