• Lead the design and execution of creative assets for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion where applicable
• Translate complex financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals

Graphic Designer – Chinese Speaker

• DESIGN user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, focusing on optimising usability and enhancing user satisfaction.
• WORK closely with clients, developers, product managers, product strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• ANALYZE testing data to inform future design decisions and iterate on designs accordingly.
• CREATE high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
• OWN the visual quality, assets, and ongoing design elements of a project during its development stage.
• LEAD developers in navigating design challenges throughout the development phase.
• CONDUCT thorough reviews of app or web designs and ensure adherence to UI requirements before and during development.

Visual Designer – UI/UX

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of technical solutions in multiple market segments
• Collaborate closely with teams to develop world class products in regulated markets
• Identify and evaluate materials/components and manufacturing processes for products
• Manage/lead complex engineering projects in-discipline and on a cross-functional level

Senior Lead Engineer, Digital Design

• Collaborate with the design team on the conceptualization and development of high-quality motion graphics for diverse marketing campaigns
• Assume primary responsibility for design initiatives across all digital platforms, encompassing (but not limited to) web design, website graphics, email templates, social media creatives, and digital banners
• Execute the editing and refinement of video content designated for social media channels and various screen displays
• Ensure stringent adherence of all graphic and motion graphic outputs to established brand guidelines. Review and revise deliverables to consistently uphold the highest creative standards
• Liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the seamless and high-quality execution of all Marketing initiatives
• Efficiently manage and deliver multiple simultaneous projects, consistently meeting challenging deadlines
• Establish and maintain an organized library of digital assets to facilitate efficient repurposing across distinct campaigns and platforms
• Maintain a current understanding of the latest design trends, software advancements, and techniques pertaining to motion graphics and video editing
• Execute any further duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management Team
