General Counsel

• Work under the direction of Legal Counsel and Management to advise internal stakeholders on new laws impacting the healthcare industry
• Identify and analyze newly enacted and amended federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and other legal guidance
• Conduct legal research, interpret law, and determine applicability of new laws to the enterprise
• Analyze and report new legal requirements to internal stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Legal Counsel and partners on legal and regulatory compliance matters
• Recommend practical advice for internal clients on legal issues related to enterprise-wide implementation of new legal requirements

Associate Legal Counsel

• Drive all facets of active litigation, including responding to discovery requests
• Provide counsel and guidance to resolve subpoenas or other legal requests seeking customer data
• Proactively address and resolve potential disputes while providing risk mitigation advice
• Advance eDiscovery program through automation and AI
• Identify systematic legal risks and procedural gaps, designing scalable strategies
• Stay current with commercial litigation trends and best practices

Data Disclosure Strategy Counsel

• provide legal advice and support to the prime brokerage business
• support fixed income trading desks relating to regulations, agreements, and market developments
• collaborate across Fidelity to facilitate the offering of products and services to retail and institutional brokerage customers
• support business development efforts, including contracting, and managing the ongoing review of regulatory changes affecting broker-dealers

Senior Legal Counsel – Fixed Income

• Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiations: Review, draft, negotiate, and revise a high volume of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, procurement agreements, and vendor contracts.
• AI and Process Innovation: Leverage AI-enabled legal tools, contract lifecycle management systems, and standardized workflows to improve productivity, consistency, and scalability of legal support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Procurement, and Executive leadership to align contract terms with strategic priorities.
• Stakeholder Support and Enablement: Provide timely, clear, and actionable legal guidance to the Sales and Customer Success teams during deal cycles.
• Regulatory and Privacy Expertise: Stay up to date on legal trends affecting the SaaS industry, including data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
• Risk Management: Assess legal and operational risk associated with contract terms and provide business-oriented recommendations that support efficient decision-making.
